Quick Ring Size

Privacy policy

The short version: your measurements stay in your browser, and we do not ask for an account or an email. The detail is below.

What stays on your device

The sizer and every converter run entirely in your browser. Sizes you measure or type are never sent to a server, so nothing you measure leaves the page.

The tool saves two small values in your browser's local storage, on your device only:

  • Screen calibration (how many pixels cover a millimetre), so you do not have to recalibrate every visit.
  • Theme choice (light or dark), so the page opens the way you left it.

You can clear both at any time from your browser settings, or by using the recalibrate link in the tool.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we measure pageviews only, through a privacy-friendly, self-hosted setup routed through our own domain. Automatic event capture and session recording are turned off, so we do not record what you type or how you move the cursor. We use this only to see which pages are useful.

Advertising

This site is free to use and may show display ads to cover its costs. If and when ads are enabled, the ad provider may set its own cookies to serve and measure them, subject to that provider's policies and your regional consent choices. The ad slots on the page are empty until then. We do not sell personal information, and we never share your ring measurements, which never leave your browser in the first place.
